This application is for Corporate Affiliate Membership.
Corporate Affiliate members are corporations that are not subject to a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) stormwater permit (excluding nonprofits and associations). Membership rates are tiered based on the gross revenue of the corporation in California.
Applicants must use their corporate email address; personal email addresses will not be accepted.
Please ensure all application information is accurate and complete, including organization name and membership contact. CASQA will review all applications prior to approval to confirm completeness and verify that the organization meets the eligibility requirements for this membership category.
Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps and payment instructions. No payment is needed at this time.
